My Animoto Flowers Everywhere

Check out my Flowers Everywhere video. I made it using my flower pictures in Animoto. First, I chose ten pictures to upload to Animoto. Next, I chose my music. Then I made the movie. It took a long time to render. Hope you like it.

Four Green Beans

I took this picture in our school garden while I was in my mom’s photography camp. The green beans where hiding under some plants. I used the macro setting to take a close-up. To use macro, you have to get very close to the subject. You don’t use flash, and you have to be careful not to get too close because it turns out blurry.

Chess Cinquin

A cinquin is a poem that has a pattern of even syllables. The pattern of a cinquin is 2,4,6,8,2. They are easy to write.
The Chess Game
Pawn moves
Queen takes Bishop
Rook takes Knight and Queen moves
King must move very carefully
You win!

Green Fence

This summer I learned about using a digital camera in camp. This is one of the pictures I took. It is very interesting to me because I took it from under the plant. My mom was one of the camp instructors, and she talked to us about taking pictures from different angles – underneath, sideways, laying on your stomach, looking down on an object. I think it is cool because it looks like a green fence.

My Flower Poem

Fragile like a butterfly’s wings
Lovely like the moon glimmering off a lake
One red flower standing tall as a giraffe
Wet from an afternoon sun shower
Elegant as a pearl in a clamshell
Red like the seeds of a pomegranate

A Cute, Small Bunny

One day, I was walking in the woods when I saw a cute, small rabbit hopping quickly. I quietly got out my camera and snapped a picture. I must have made some noise because the rabbit jumped away. I carefully walked, hoping to get a good angle for another picture of the furry creature. Luckily, I was able to capture the quick bunny as he sprinted away.
